Im Chris, fisherman from Lowestoft. I write a blog for Seafish seafish.org/sea/blog.asp?p=em553 and work daily catching the very best line caught fish, landed within afew hours of being caught. The method we use is longlining and has a low impact on the environment. Meaning our fish is not only the best quality but also the most sustainable availible.
I love cooking seafood of all kinds, and also love Thai and Asian foods.
