Mexican Turkey Burgers with Mango Avocado Salsa

Ingredients:
 1.5 ground turkey
 1 packet of taco seasoning
  hot sauce
 6 slices of white cheese
 6 whole wheat buns
 1 medium avocado
 1 red onion
 2 jalapenos
 1 big ripe mango
 4 tomatoes
  A little bit of minced garlic
  A little bit of olive oil
 1.5 finely-chopped cilantro
 1 lime
 1 head of lettuce leaves
Let's do the cheeseburger cha-cha!
Cooking Steps:
Make the salsa first, cause it will take forever to chop that up. While you're finely chopping up all those ingredients, let the turkey burger defrost. Once the salsa is done, cover it up but don't put it in the fridge cause cold salsa is usually nasty.

Now for the burgers, mix up the turkey burger, taco seasoning and a HEALTHY dose of hot sauce. Mush it all up real well and then form your burgers. Fry em up in a pan with a lil bit of olive oil and towards the end, put the cheese on til it's melty.

Alright; Compilation! Burger goes on the wheat bun, salsa goes on the burger, and add lettuce and extra hot sauce if you wish.
