Ingredients:
 8oz Dark chocolate

 2oz Rasins
 3tbl Rum
 2oz Butter

Rich dark chocolate torte, filled whole nuts and rasins, dusted with coca powder and served with whipped cream! mm delicious
Cooking Steps:
1. First you need to soak the rasins and nuts in a bowl over night
2. Place the chocolate and butter into a bowl and put on top of a pan of simmering hot water. Gently heat the butter and chocolate, This should take about 5 mins, give a good stir, and then leave to cool for 2-3 minutes
3. Next take the cream and whip gently just to give the cream a bit of substance
4. Fold the cream, nuts, rasins and broken biscuits into the chocolate, give it all a good mix.
5. spoon into a greased cake tin, cover with cling film and place in fridge for approx 4 hours.
6. When ready slice into wedges, dust with a little coca powder and serve with whipped cream
