Ingredients:
20 Tiger Prawns (shells off, tail on!)
 1 tbsp(s) sesame seeds
 1 tbsp(s) sesame oil
 2 garlic cloves
 4 tbsp(s) soy sauce
 1/2 tsp(s) brown sugar
 1/2 lime
I love prawns on the bbq, its real summer for me! This is an old, simple, classic which is fantastic!
Cooking Steps:
Peel and crush the garlic.

Combine the sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and the juice from the lime (I use a freezer bag for this).

Add the prawns and toss to make sure they are all covered.

Place in the fridge for at least 30 mins (upto 2 hrs) to marinate.

Thread the prawns onto skewers and bbq for a couple of minutes each side. Just until they have turned pink.

A really easy quick supper. The tomato and basil, as always, really bring out the flavours of the fish.
