Ingredients:
 1 kg(s) Chicken with bones
 50 gm(s) Raw Papaya
 250 gm(s) Yogurt
  to taste Red Chilli Powder
  to taste Salt
 500 gm(s) Ghee to fry
This is a short and simple recipe but tastes great with Roomali Roti

Cooking Steps:
1. Cut the chicken pieces in medium curry size pieces
2. Make a paste of the papaya without the seeds
3. Marinade the chicken with the yogurt, papaya paste, chilli powder and salt.
4. Refrigerate for as long as possible
5. Heat ghee in a flat no stick fry pan, and fry the marinated chicken until cooked.
6. Serve hot with ghee used to cook as gravy
7. Best served with Roomali Roti
