20 Raw Tiger Prawns
1 tbsp(s) soy sauce
1 tbsp(s) honey
1 handful(s) chopped coriander
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1/2 lemon (juiced)
1 tbsp(s) hot chilli sauce
1cm ginger (finely chopped or grated)
Spicy prawns, ideal for the bbq.

Cooking Steps:
Combine the lemon juice, chilli sauce, garlic, ginger, soy, coriander and honey. Add the prawns and toss to cover them all. Leave to marinade for anything upto 2 hours.
Thread the prawns onto kebab sticks, then cover them with cligfilm and refrigerate for 30 mins.
BBQ or grill for about 3 minutes until the prawns turn pink.
