Ingredients:
 4 chicken breasts
 1 clove of garlic
 2 tbsp(s) soy sauce
 1.5 lemon (juiced)
  ginger
 1 green pepper
 1 carrot
 1 onion
 50 ml(s) white wine vinegar
 2 tsp(s) brown sugar
 100 ml(s) passata
 2 spring onions
 1.5 chilli
Spicy chinese chicken, great for a quick dinner.
Cooking Steps:
1. Peel and grate the ginger, finely chop the carrot, onion, spring onions and crush the garlic. Dice the chicken into 2cm cubes. Deseed and finely chop the chilli.

2. Mix the chicken in a bowl with the garlic, ginger, 1 tablespoon of soy and the lemon juice.

3. Heat a wok on high, add a little oil, then stir fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes until it starts to brown. Then add in the pepper, carrot, chilli and onion and continue to stir fry for about 3-4 minutes.

4. Add the vinegar, sugar, passata and rest of the soy sauce and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with the spring onion and serve.

5. Serve with rice or noodles.
