Ingredients:
2 Chump chops or 4 lamb cutlets
 1 small onion
 1 Clove of garlic
 1/2 tsp(s) ground cumin
 1/2 tsp(s) paprika
 1 pinch(s) cayenne pepper
 2 tbsp(s) Chopped coriander
2 tbsp(s) chopped flat leaf parsley
 1 lemon
Tasty Moroccan spices work well with the lamb. Marinade for longer if you want a more intense flavour
Cooking Steps:
1. Slice the onion up very finely, juice the lemon and finely chop the coriander and parsley.

2. Mix all the ingredients and add to the lamb in a shallow dish (or mix in a freezer bag), cover and leave to marinade (at least 60 mins I think).

3. Heat the grill to high, and grill on each side for 3-4 minutes.
