Ingredients:
 1 punnet strawberries, washed hulled and quartered
 1 punnet raspberries
 1 punnet blueberries
 4 egg yolks
 4 tbsp(s) sugar
 1/4 cup(s) orange flavoured liqueuer
  grated zest of 1 orange
 3 tbsp(s) orange juice
 1 tbsp(s) lemon juice

Cooking Steps:
Divide the berries between 6 ovenproof dessert dishes. In a metal bowl whisk together egg yolks, sugar, liqueur, zest and juices. Set the bowl over a pan of barely simmering water; be careful that the water doesn't touch the bottom of the bowl. Whixk the mixture constantly until it is hot, thick and holds shapre and there is no liquid left in the bottom of the bowl. This should take 5-7 minutes and the mixture will loose its foamy appearance and start to look slightly glossy.
Immediately pour the mixture over the berries and place under a pre-heated grill for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. Serve immediately.
