4 chicken breasts
2 cloves of garlic
2.5cm ginger
2 tbsp(s) soy sauce
1 tbsp(s) honey
200 gm(s) roasted peanuts
1/2 tsp(s) chilli powder
1 lime
100 ml(s) coconut milk
Perfect for the bbq, sit in the garden with a glass of white. Works as a starter or main.

Cooking Steps:
Slice the chicken breasts up into strips and juice the lime.
Place the garlic, ginger, soy sauce and honey in a food processor, whizz until smooth. Pour over the chicken and leave to marinade for at least 30mins.
Put the peanuts, chilli powder, coconut milk and lime juice in the food processor and blend until smooth.
Thread the chicken onto skewers and either grill or bbq for about 3mins each side.
Eat with the sauce.
