Ingredients:
  double podded broad beans
 1 chopped mint
  halved cherry tomatoes
 1 finely sliced red chilli
  extra virgin olive oil
  rice wine or white wine vinegar
 1 sugar
An easy summer salad of double podded broad beans, mint & cherry tomatoes
Cooking Steps:
Pod the broad beans, then blanch to remove the second pod. Place in a bowl with the other ingredients & toss together. Serve.
