Ingredients:
 300 gm(s) Spaghetti
 100 gm(s) Palma ham
 100 gm(s) frozen peas (defrosted)
 1 handful(s) basil (finely chopped)
 1 handful(s) parmesan (grated)
 50 gm(s) butter
Soooo quick and easy. Originally found in Observer Food Monthly by Nigel Slater. This is becoming a regular after work supper.
Cooking Steps:
I may not be too accurate with the measurements but this is so straightforward you can make them up to your own taste.

1. Cook the spaghetti according to the packet

2. Whilst the pasta is cooking melt the butter.

3. Slice up the Palma ham into thin strips and toss in the butter for 2 minutes with the peas, until warmed through

4. Drain the pasta and reserve a little water.

5. Mix the pasta in with the ham and peas and add the parmesan and basil. Add a little of the water, season and enjoy with a glass of Chianti!
