Ingredients:
 400 gm(s) can artichoke hearts, drained
 250 ml(s) mayonnaise
 1 garlic clove, crushed
 1 tsp(s) chopped basil
 1 tsp(s) white wine vinegar
  salt & freshly ground black pepper
 75 gm(s) grated Parmesan
 25 gm(s) fresh breadcrumbs
Quick & easy vegetarian side dish.
Cooking Steps:
Arrange the artichokes in a shallow ovenproof dish. Mix together the mayonnaise, basil, garlic, vinegar, salt & pepper and pour over the artichokes. Mix together the cheese and breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the top. Bake in the oven at 200c / 400F / gas mark 6 for 20-25 minutes until golden.
