Ingredients:
 1 x 25cm ready-made pizza base
 80 ml(s) Italian tomato pasta sauce, or pizza topping
 150 gm(s) marinated artichokes, quartered
 70 gm(s) pitted Kalamata olives
 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
 50 gm(s) goat's cheese, crumbled
  good-quality olive oil, to drizzle
 2 tbsp(s) chopped fresh oregano
Quick & easy pizza.
Cooking Steps:
Preheat the oven to 220c / 425F / gas mark 7. Place the pizza base on a baking tray, then spread with the tomato sauce / pizza topping. Evenly scatter the artichoke pieces, olives and the garlic over the pasta sauce, then top with the crumbled goat's cheese.

Lightly drizzle the surface of the pizza with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden. Sprinkle with fresh oregano and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Cut into wedges and serve.
