1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp(s) chopped red chilli
225 gm(s) chicken breast meat, cut into strips
2 tsp(s) korma curry paste
150 ml(s) chicken stock
150 ml(s) coconut milk
100 gm(s) beansprouts
75 gm(s) baby sweetcorn, quartered
75 gm(s) defrosted frozen peas
300 gm(s) packet straight-to-wok fine/thread noodles
100 gm(s) small prawns

Cooking Steps:
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the spring onions, garlic and red chilli for about 2 minutes. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes more.
Add the curry paste, chicken stock and coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes over a low heat. Tip in the beansprouts and sweetcorn and cook for 3-4 minutes. Finally, add the peas, noodles and prawns and cook for a further 3 minutes.
