Prawn & Chicken Skewers with Garlic, Lime & Coriander

Ingredients:
 4 skinless chicken breasts
 450 gm(s) raw tiger prawns
 2 limes, juiced
  large handful of coriander
 4 cloves garlic, crushed
 1 red chilli, de-seeded & finely chopped
BBQ recipe adapted from one in the Great British Food magazine.
Cooking Steps:
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks & place them in a shallow dish with the prawns. Add the lime juice, coriander, garlic & chilli and mix well to coat. Cover with clingfilm and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Thread the chicken & prawns onto skewers (soak the skewers in water first, if using wooden ones, to prevent scorching), leaving a small gap between each piece so they cook evenly.

Cook on a preheated barbecue for about 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the prawns are bright pink.
