A Slimming World recipe (Oct 2008) - 3 syns on an Original day
Cooking Steps:
Prepare the ingredients: finely chop the onions; slice the cucumber; de-seed & finely slice the red chillies; crush the garlic; chop the herbs.

Place the minced beef, white onion, herbs, spices & seasoning in a bowl and mix. Divide the mixture into four and, using your fingers, mould into sausage shapes. Cook under a hot grill for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked.

Meanwhile, make the chilli sauce: combine the red chillies, garlic, yoghurt, lime juice & seasoning to taste, and set aside.

Warm the tortillas for a few seconds on each side in a dry non-stick pan to make them soft. Place a tortilla on each of 4 serving plates, top each one with a kofta, scatter over the red onion & cucumber, drizzle with the chilli sauce & serve.
