Ingredients:
 600 ml(s) tomato juice
 0.5 vegetable stock cube, dissolved in 4 tbsp hot water
 1 tsp(s) garlic puree
 1 tsp(s) Tabasco sauce
 1 tbsp(s) chopped fresh chives, basil or coriander
  salt & black pepper
 2 tbsp(s) low-fat plain yoghurt, to garnish
Weightwatchers recipe - 1 point per serving.
Cooking Steps:
Put the tomato juice and stock into a saucepan and add the garlic puree and Tabasco sauce. Bring up to the boil, reduce the heat, then add most of the chopped chives, basil or coriander, reserving some for garnish.
Season the soup with salt and pepper, adding a few more drops of Tabasco, if you like it spicy.
Serve the soup, topping each portion with a tbsp of yoghurt, chopped fresh herbs and a little extra ground black pepper.

Variation: instead of tomato juice, use V8 vegetable juice.
