Pork with creamy mushroom sauce

Ingredients:
 2 Pork loin steaks
 1 clove of garlic
 150 ml(s) stock
 50 gm(s) soft cheese
 1 handful(s) tarragon
 75 gm(s) chestnut mushrooms
tasty pork loin for a quick mid week supper for all.

Cooking Steps:
Slice the mushrooms and finely chop tarragon.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan (or similar), add the mushrooms and cook for about 6-7 miuntes, until just cooked.

Whilst the mushrooms are cooking, heat a medium grill and cook the pork steaks for 10 minutes, about 5 on each side.

Add the stock to the mushrooms, reduce by about 1/3 then slowly add in the tarragon and cheese.

When the pork is ready serve by spooning the sauce over them.
