Ingredients:
1 can Tropical Sun Black Beans including the liquid
1 box Rich chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup Applesauce (no added sugar)
 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
This taste amazing!
Cooking Steps:
Preparation:

Preheat an oven to 350° F / 180° C / Gas Mark 4. Mash the black beans with the liquid from the can in a large pan using a fork. Leave about half of the beans intact. Make the cake mix as per the pack instructions, add the applesauce and whisk with an electric mixer on a medium speed for about 3 minutes. Grease a 13” cake tin and pour in the batter. Add chocolate chips to the top of the cake and bake for 35 – 40 minutes. Test with a skewer, and if still wet cook for a further 5 – 10 minutes until it comes out dry. Cool completely and ice with a chocolate frosting.
