Ingredients:
 2 tbsp(s) vegetable oil
 2 tbsp(s) sesame seeds
1 red pepper chopped and deseeded
1 yellow pepper chopped and deseeded
1 jar of Uncle Ben's Korma sauce
 3 tbsp(s) creme fraiche
300 gm(s) raw peeled king prawns
1 Uncle Ben's Basmati Rice (to serve)
When time is of the essence, this tasty curry using Uncle Ben's new Korma sauce tastes just as good as if you made it from scratch and guarantees clean plates all round!
Cooking Steps:
1. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a large frying pan or wok, add the sesame seeds and cook until they are golden and have started to pop. Transfer to a plate lined with kitchen paper and set aside.
2. Add the remaining oil to the pan, add the pepper and stir-fry for 3mins. 3. Add the Uncle Ben’s Korma sauce and creme fraiche, bring to the boil then simmer for 4mins.
4. Stir in the prawns and gently simmer for 5mins or until the prawns have changed colour and are no longer translucent.
5. Serve the Korma with Uncle Ben’s Basmati rice and scatter the sesame seeds.
