 1 tin of chickpeas
 1 tin of artichoke hearts
 2 cloves of garlic
  juice of 1 lemon
  salt and pepper
  lots of olive oil

Cooking Steps:
Drain the chickpeas and rinse thoroughly, drain the artichoke hearts. Put everything in a blender except the olive oil and hit the button! While it's whizzing around, gradually add olive oil until it reaches a smooth paste. Don't be shy with the olive oil or you'll end up with something quite stodgy!
