What are tags?

I just started making hummus and learned that you can use the liquid from the chickpeas instead of olive oil. Just an alternative to someone who wants to cut out some of the fat...and it tastes wonderful! Thanks for the recipe!

Cooking Steps:
Drain the chickpeas and rinse thoroughly, drain the artichoke hearts. Put everything in a blender except the olive oil and hit the button! While it's whizzing around, gradually add olive oil until it reaches a smooth paste. Don't be shy with the olive oil or you'll end up with something quite stodgy!
