Chocolate muffin surprise

Ingredients:
 90 g Philadelphia cheese
 2 tbsp caster sugar
 250 g plain flour
 100 ml caster sugar
 3 tbsp cocoa
 2 tsp baking powder
  0.5 tsp salt
 1 egg, lightly beaten
 120 ml milk
 80 ml melted butter (or oil)
  Topping:
 2 tbsp icing sugar
Chocolate muffins with a creamy philadelphia centre (which you of course can flavour - here it's left plain).
Cooking Steps:
Heat oven to 200C.

Mix the philadelphia cheese with 2 tbsp caster sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the middle.

Mix together the beaten egg, milk and butter (or oil).

Pour the egg mixture into the well in the dry ingredients. Stir until no lumps.

Fill the muffin cases with a little of the cake mix, add a dollop of philadelphia and fill with cake mix.

Bake for ca 15 minutes.

Sift some icing sugar over the muffins when serving.
