Ingredients:
 350 g cottage cheese
 2 eggs, lightly beated
 125 g butter, melted
 3 tbsp sour cream
 50 g cheddar cheese, grated
  handful of chopped fresh parsley
 100 g plain flour
 2 tsp baking powder
  pinch of salt
Savory muffins with cheese. Tastes even better the next day, so ideal for breakfasts or picnics. Try adding crisp bacon bits, chopped spring onion, sun-dried tomatoes... Recipe from Nami-nami.
Cooking Steps:
Mix cottage cheese, grated cheese, eggs, melted butter, sour cream and chopped parsley.

Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl, stir into the cheese and egg mixture.

Spoon the mixture into prepared muffin tins (a silicone muffin tray makes life easier, otherwise grease a metal one thoroughly or use paper cases) and bake in the middle of 200 C oven for about 25 minutes, until the muffins have puffed up and are golden.

Cool a little and serve..
