Pan-fried salmon fillet with herb sauce

Ingredients:
 4 salmon fillets
  freshly ground black pepper
 3 tbsp (light) mayonnaise
 200 ml mild yoghurt
 3 tbsp chopped chives
 3 tbsp chopped parsley
  1½ tsp chopped tarragon
  ground white pepper
  ½ tsp salt
Salmon with a super-quick cold herb sauce.
Cooking Steps:
Fry the salmon without any fat, season with pepper.

Mix remaining ingredients together and adjust seasoning to taste.
