Ingredients:
 1 package Nutter Butter cookies, crushed
 2.5 cup(s) sugar
 2.5 cup(s) butter, melted
 2 packages cream cheese, softened
 1 cup(s) confectioner's sugar
 1 (16 oz.) carton Cool Whip, divided
  cup(s) milk
 2 (3.9 oz.) packages instant chocolate pudding mix

Cooking Steps:
In a bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups crushed cookies, sugar, and butter; press into a 13x9x2in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown; cool on a wire rack.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioner's sugar; fold in half of the Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

In another mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes or until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Top with remaining Cool Whip; sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.

Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
