 2 cans cream of chicken soup
 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
 2 tsp(s) poppy seeds
 1 lb. chicken, boiled and shredded
 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
 2.5 cup(s) butter, chopped
I have never heard a bad review for this casserole. It is a favorite at church potlucks, family gatherings, and parties.

Cooking Steps:
Mix chicken with soup and sour cream. Pour into baking dish.

Cover chicken mixture with crushed crackers. Place butter pieces sparingly across top and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
