 1 onion
  Worcester sauce
  salt and pepper

Cooking Steps:
This is a classic for using up leftovers. Firstly roughly chop the potatoes. Chop the onion and then soften in butter with a little oil.
Add the potatoes and cook for 10 mins or so until it starts to crisp up. Fold in the chopped brassicas and chopped meat. Finish off with seasoning and a generous splashing of Worcester sauce.
