Ingredients:
 3 tbsp(s) chilli oil
 500 gm(s) lean mince
 3 carrots
 3 onions
 2 tinned tomatoes
 1 garlic

Cooking Steps:
light brown the onions in a little olive oil and then add the mince and stir until the 'rawness' has disappeared. Add the tinned tomatoes and a good dose of red wine and add the garlic and carrots raw to slow cook.  Simmer for 30 mins and for the last 10 mins add the chilli oil and a splash of Worcester sauce.
