If I'd had the wine in I'd have done this tonight for my lot because I've got the sausages out of the freezer. I'll certainly do it next time. Sounds great

I like the sound of this. Would it work if I omit the onion do you think?

Ingredients:
 4 pork sausages
 1 onion
 1 cloves of garlic
 1 sprig(s) rosemary
 1 handful(s) parmesan
 150-200 gm(s) spaghetti
 1 glass of white wine
A delicious moorish pasta, get the pasta right and you could be in Italy!
Cooking Steps:
Heat a little olive oil in a heavy based pan. Finely slice the onion and garlic, add to the oil and soften for 4-5 minutes.

Meanwhile take the skins off the sausages and break up the meat. Add it to the onion and cook until browned.

Very finely chop the rosemary and add to the sausage mixture with the wine. Cook for a further 10 minutes.

Whilst this is slowly reducing cook the pasta to al dente - no more!

Drain the pasta and combine with the sausage mixture, throw in the parmesan and toss together.

Goes well with a simple green salad.

A seriously comforting pasta. I think it was originally a Carluccio recipe.
