Ingredients:
 3 Large onions
 8 cloves of garlic
 2 tbsp(s) vegetable oil
 3 tbsp(s) curry powder
 1 tbsp(s) ground cumin
 2 tbsp(s) tomato puree
 6 pheasant breast & thighs
 1 chilli
 1 ltr(s) water
 1.5 ltr(s) chicken stock
 1 cinnamon stick
 3 cardamom pods
  salt & pepper

Cooking Steps:
Sweat off the finely chopped garlic and onion in the oil. Add the curry powder and cumin and then after a minute or two the tomato puree. Cook for a while then add the meat and cook for 10 mins or so. Add finely chopped chilli and then the water and stock. Bring to a simmer and add the cinnamon and cardamom and simmer until reduced by a third.
