In my mission to introduce you to The Foodari Family, I guess it's only fair to lead by example and start with myself, the author of these blogs and the photographer behind our social media posts!
I have had the privilege of working for Foodari for three years where I have been your customer care manager, now most recently expanding my role to become Foodari's marketing executive. I strive to execute both of these roles to the best of my ability and for my customers to know they are happily my top priority.
In February I was delighted to have been voted "Customer Hero" by Foodari's senior management team and subsequently have been overwhelmed by the opportunity to branch out into the world of marketing. I find every day educational, diverse and absolutely thrilling; no two days are the same!
I would hope that my customers describe me as bubbly, knowledgeable and feel that nothing is too much trouble. I enjoy the rapport I have with you, building honest and trustworthy relationships and in the unlikely event of any issues, resolving them swiftly to your satisfaction. Someone once said to me they "could hear my smile down the phone" and this is a comment that I bear in mind whenever we speak. I want you to come away knowing we always go above and beyond to ensure you are completely happy with our service.
Outside of work I am a mother of two who keep me busy and we have a Labrador who ensures we are not sat still for long! I have signed up for some fitness challenges later in the year which is keeping my focus when I have any free time and I like to relax with a nice glass of Pinot and a book.
