Day Warehouse Operative (Term-Time only)

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Location: Molash, Canterbury 

Hours: 4 days per week Sundays/Mondays & Wednesday/Thursdays 10am - 6pm

We are a local, family-run business on a mission to support Kent farmers and producers, bringing high-quality fresh food and drink to local people and communities. Everyone who works with us lives in Kent and understands the unique seasonality of the Garden of England.

This isn’t a standard warehouse environment, there are no production lines, no unrealistic performance targets, and we actively encourage an upbeat, lively atmosphere. We work hard, support one another, and have fun along the way.

The Role

At Foodari, it’s our people that make us different. We are looking for reliable, positive, and committed individuals to join our warehouse team on a school term-time only basis, supporting the preparation and packing of fresh produce and chilled goods.

​

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important part in ensuring orders are accurately prepared and presented to the high standards expected by our customers. The role involves pre-bagging produce, assembling boxes, and picking and packing orders, helping to keep our daytime warehouse operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-bagging fresh produce in line with daily requirements

• Assembling boxes and preparing packaging materials

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Handling fresh produce and chilled goods with care and attention to quality

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area

​

Term-Time only

4 days per week

Sundays/Mondays & Wednesday/Thursdays 10am - 6pm
